株式会社NIJO(以下「当社」)は、Threads APIのthreads_basicおよびthreads_keyword_searchを用いて、公開Threads投稿を非公開で構造分析する機能(以下「本機能」)を運用します。
meeting_failure_question、email_failure_question、document_failure_question、proposal_failure_question、operations_failure_question、hiring_failure_question、contract_failure_question、work_generic_failure_question

Privacy Policy — Threads Keyword Search
Last updated: September 18, 2026
NIJO Co., Ltd. ("NIJO", "we", "us") operates a private structural-analysis feature for an anonymous Threads account intended for non-engineers exploring workplace AI use. The feature uses only the Threads API permissions threads_basic and threads_keyword_search.
The search query is fixed on the server. A caller cannot enter, select, or change it. The feature does not republish or redistribute external post text.
Information processed and purpose
We process only public post text, post ID, timestamp, public URL, and reply status needed for search, duplicate removal, a 14-day date filter, reply exclusion, and deterministic structural matching. A public username may appear in an API response; it is used only in memory to apply a per-account cap and is not stored in plaintext.
For the connected Threads operating account, we process account identification and authorization information needed to operate the feature. We process public posts only. This feature does not request private messages, contact lists, location data, browsing history, or payment information from the API.
What we do not do
This feature does not use LLMs, publishing, replies, follows, direct messages, reposting, notifications, Discord, Apify, Workers AI, or legacy learning. It is not used for advertising, sales, identifying or profiling people. The analysis output does not display external post text, usernames, URLs, individual metrics, or individual dimension tags.
The only anonymous aggregate retained is the support count for these eight fixed tuple IDs when the specified patterns co-occur within the same post: meeting_failure_question, email_failure_question, document_failure_question, proposal_failure_question, operations_failure_question, hiring_failure_question, contract_failure_question, and work_generic_failure_question.
We suppress any tuple with a support count below five. Anonymous aggregates never contain free text, raw fragments, names, URLs, post IDs, usernames, or individual dimension tags.
Service provider, retention, and deletion
Cloudflare acts as NIJO's service provider for Cloudflare Worker and Cloudflare D1 storage. Raw post text, URLs, post IDs, and other direct identifiers are deleted immediately after successful analysis. If analysis fails, direct identifiers may be retained solely for recovery or audit for no more than 14 days.
Anonymous aggregates consisting only of the fixed tuple IDs and support counts are retained for no more than 12 months to compare operational trends and are then deleted.
Data deletion and contact
When Meta sends a valid signed data-deletion request for a connected Threads account, NIJO verifies the request, deletes the account-scoped data, and returns a confirmation status URL to Meta. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
For a privacy or deletion request concerning a public post, email ojin@nijo-web.com with the public post URL or the minimum information needed to identify the record. After verifying the request and record, NIJO will acknowledge receipt within seven business days.
